Kim began her career in orthodontics over 20 years ago as one of Dr. Bock’s original staff members. She first began as an RDA and eventually moved her way up to Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. She feels the most rewarding part about working for Bock Orthodontics is being able to make it possible for patients to get the smile that they want. She has been happily married for 34 years to her high school sweetheart. Together they have 2 children and 4 loving grandchildren.
Yvette began her career in general dentistry in 1989 and found a passion in orthodontics in 1999. She has enjoyed working for Dr. Bock for the past 18 years and watching her patients’ confidence grow with their new smiles. In her spare time she loves watching Lakers games with her little French bull dog Fred.
Laura has worked for Bock Orthodontics since 2007. She graduated from Cypress College with an AS degree and a certificate in dental assisting. Laura is also a registered dental assistant (RDA). She has been married to her husband since 1985 and together they have 2 wonderful grown children. Laura loves everything about the beach, gardening, and spending time with friends and family. The most rewarding part of her job is getting to know the parents and seeing patients’ smiles being transformed.
Jessica joined Bock Orthodontics in October of 2017 after a career in management and customer service for over 10 years. She has 2 children and enjoys cheering for them on and off the soccer and baseball fields. She enjoys listening to different genres of music and dancing any chance she gets. Her favorite part about working for Bock Orthodontics is being able to help make a difference in people's lives.
In June of 2015 Jen joined Bock Orthodontics as the appointment coordinator in the Redlands location. On her days off she enjoys having movie nights with her son and spending quality time with him. Some of her hobbies include baking, going to concerts, and travelling. She enjoys watching the transformation of patient smiles from start to finish and the joy it brings them.
Anabel has been in the orthodontic field since 2012. She is a licensed RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) and holds an Orthodontic Assistant permit. She is continuing her education at Fullerton College. What she enjoys most about the orthodontic field is building connections with her patients and their families. Outside of work she enjoys taking cooking classes with her 3 kids and helping her daughters master their ballet moves.
Alisha has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bock for 4 years. She is a permitted Orthodontic Assistant and looks forward to continuing her education and receiving her RDA license. Some of her hobbies include spending time with her lovely niece, family and friends. Her favorite part about working at Bock Orthodontics is getting to build relationships with her patients and coworkers.
Our X-ray and lab technician Jason has been a part of the team since 2014. He graduated from UCSB in 2007 as an English literature major and later grew an interest in orthodontics. He enjoys playing soccer, working on cars, and playing the guitar. He was fascinated the first time he saw a cephalometric x-ray and did a ceph tracing. It was then that he realized the complexities of the practice and its capabilities. Not only does orthodontics help create a more functioning bite but it also changes the entire profile of an individual.
Bree began her career in orthodontics in 2010 as an RDA and became an orthodontic assistant of Dr.Bock’s in 2014. As a former patient of Dr.Bock’s she was inspired to join the field of dentistry. She enjoys building relationships with patients and their families and being able to give them confidence in their new smile. She is extremely close to her family and enjoys spending quality time with her fur baby Boston terrier Prince.
Gina has been practicing in the dental field for over 20 years with her passion being the specialty of Orthodontics. She currently holds her RDA and Orthodontic Permit licenses. The most rewarding aspect of Gina’s career has been building confidence, trust, and friendship with each patient while helping them create their perfect smile. She realized that teaching would allow her to share her experience and love for Orthodontics and currently teaches courses for the OA Permit Program for EFDAA. She plans to help future assistants in their quest to achieve their career goals.
