The safety and well-being of our patients and staff are always a priority at Bock Orthodontics. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic we have made updates to our office and appointment protocols. These changes are made in an effort to help fight the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

New Appointment Protocols

We have been making changes in our office to keep everyone safe!

• 

  PRE APPOINTMENT SCREENING PROCESS

  Prior to your appointment you will be asked a series ofquestions to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. If youare sick or experiencing flu like symptoms pleasereschedule your appointment.

• 

  CHECK IN FROM YOUR CAR

  In an effort to reduce the amount of people in the office we please ask that you check in from your car. Please call our office when you arrive and we will contact you when your chair is ready.

• 

  ONLY PATIENTS IN OFFICE

  We please ask that only patients enter our office for appointments. Minors can be accompanied by one adult and we please ask that you wait in your car for the patient to finish their appointment. You will be given an update on your childs treatment either by phone or a report card.

• 

  FACE MASKS AND CLEAN HANDS

  Upon entering our office we ask that all patients please wear a face mask and only remove when you are being worked on in the chair. Prior to entering everyone will have their temperature taken to ensure no temperatures of 100 or more. If a fever is detected we kindly ask that you reschedule. All people entering the office will be asked to sanitize their hands with hand sanitizer. Hand washing stations will also be provided.

  YOUR NEXT VISIT

  Instead of scheduling your next appointment at the front desk you will now schedule chair side or by phone.

We have reduced the amount of people in our office by over 50%

• Most of our consultation and recall visits are now done virtually for the initial appointment to discuss treatment options and the process of orthodontics.
• We are only allowing staff and patients in the office for the time being.  There are special circumstances for minors to have 1 adult accompany them to their appointment.
• We have minimized our total appointment schedule count by 50% for each day. This helps control how many people enter and exit our office.
