As we’re sure you are aware, we are living through an unprecedented event. The global pandemic of Covid-19 is making life very uncertain, but what hasn’t altered is our commitment to you. At Bock Orthodontics, our patient’s safety has always been and will remain to be our priority. While Covid-19 may be impacting on our day to day business operations for the time being, we are still available for virtual consultations.

What is a virtual consultation?

A virtual consultation is exactly what its name suggests – a consultation between you and team from the comfort and safety of your home.

We will schedule a telephone and potentially video consultation with you, where our patient coordinator will ask you pertinent questions about your health and well being, and your motivations for the procedure, as part of the consultation process. We may ask you provide supplemental photos for part of our assessment. This will enable us to make an accurate decision about your procedure. The telephone consultation will also allow us to explain more about what you can expect from the procedure and answer any questions that you have, before you choose to go ahead.

How it works

• Step 1: Call our office to schedule your virtual consultation and we will send you an email with instructions
• Step 2: Take 5 easy "selfies" of your smile at home for Dr. Bock to review and email them to bockorthodontics@gmail.com.  Once we receive your photos we will send you a zoom link for your scheduled virtual consultation.
• Join Dr. Bock and our treatment coordinator in a Zoom video conference meeting.   During this time Dr. Bock will discuss any initial orthodontic concerns he may have after reviewing your photos and what he may suggest for a possible treatment option.  The treatment coordinator will discuss the fees associated with treatment along with our flexible payment plan options.  This is a great opportunity for you to gain some knowledge about orthodontic treatment and ask any questions that may come to mind!
